What a morning of bowls it was yesterday at Leeton Bowls! The Queens final between Paddy Wakeman and Jan Bell delivered everything you could ask for, a long, hard-fought battle packed with tense moments and outstanding play from both ladies.

Congratulations to Paddy Wakeman, who took out the win in what was a closely contested match. It was the kind of game that keeps spectators on the edge of their seats right through to the final end.

Both Paddy and Jan are to be congratulated on an exceptional morning of bowls. The quality of play on show was a credit to both competitors and a great advertisement for ladies bowls at Leeton Bowls.
